1326 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 554

the land records of Baltimore City in Liber J. B. No. 1013,
folio 3, of two lots of ground in Baltimore City, State of Mary-
land.

To the following bequests under the last will and testament
of Catherine C. France, late of Baltimore City, deceased, of
record in the Office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City,
viz:

(a) Reverend Joseph Schmidt, Rector of Saint Michaels
Roman Catholic Church of Baltimore, for masses.

(b) Reverend John J. Murray, Rector of Saint Elizabeth's
Roman Catholic Church for masses.

(c) Oblate Sisters of Providence of Baltimore City.

To the Sisters of Mercy in the City of Baltimore the bequests
contained in the last will and testament of Mary Roslie Eliza-
beth Farrell, late of Baltimore City, deceased, which will is
recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Record of Wills E. R. D. No. 160, folio 509, etc.

To the deed from Annie F. Harrigan, unmarried to the
Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole,
dated February 18th, 1926, and recorded among the land rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4532, folio 25,
conveying fee simple property known as No. 1415 N. Caroline
St.

To the deed from William E. Thirlkel and Mary R. Thirlkel
his wife to the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore a
Corporation sole, dated March 31st, 1926, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4549,
folio 108, conveying fee simple property known as 1417 N.
Caroline Street.

To the deed from Mayer Winer and Rebecca Winer, his
wife, to the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, a cor-
poration sole, dated September 20th, 1927, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4791,
folio 505, conveying three pieces of leasehold property known
as 1415-1417-1419 N. Dallas Street. Subject to the payment
of an annual ground rent of $28. 00 on each of said lots..

To the deed from Gottfried Faethe and Katharina Faethe,
his wife, to the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, a cor-
poration sole, dated May 3rd, 1901, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 1899, folio
348, conveying a piece of leasehold property known as No. 1419
