To a deed from Emily J. Offutt, widow, the Safe Deposit
and Trust Company of Baltimore, a body corporate, Trustee,
and Nancy J. Offutt, unmarried, to The Trustees of The Tow-
son Presbyterian Church, a body corporate, its successors and
assigns, dated February 28th, 1925, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 610,
folio 185, etc., conveying for religious purposes a lot of ground,
in fee simple, binding 360 feet on the center line of Highland
Avenue on the west to the center line of Central Avenue on the
east, and with a depth of even width of 210 feet extending
northerly from the center line of Chesapeake Avenue, situate in
the town of Towson, in Baltimore County, State of Maryland.

To the following bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment and codicil thereto of Catherine A. Luckett, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, said will and codicil having been probated
in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City on May 26th, 1928,
and of record in Wills, Liber E. R. D. No. 161, folio 364.

(a) To The Redemptorists................... $2, 300. 00

(b) To St. Joseph's Seminary of Baltimore City.. 1, 000. 00
(c) To Associated Professors of Loyola College.. 1, 620. 00

(d) To Little Sisters of the Poor, Preston and

Valley Sts., Baltimore................. 200. 00

(e) To the Sisters of Mercy in the City of Baltimore 50. 00
and certain articles described in said will.

To the bequests contained in the last will and testament
of Caroline J. Lytle, late of Baltimore City, deceased, Wills,
Liber E. R. D. No. 160, folio 49, etc.

To the Home for the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal
Church, located at Fulton Avenue and Franklin Streets, Balti-
more, Md., one-half of all the rest residue and remainder of her

estate.

To the following bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Joseph Lotz, late of Baltimore City, deceased, filed and
kept in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City.

To the acting pastor of the Sacred Heart Catholic Parish in
Highlandtown, Baltimore, Md., the sum of Two Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($2, 500. 00).

To the Commissariat of the Holy Land for the United States
of America, situated at Mount St. Sepulchre, Brookland, near
