SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts of the State of Maryland, general or local, inconsistent
with the provisions of this Act, be and the same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

CHAPTER 481.
AN ACT to add two more sections to the revised Code of the
Public Local Laws of Baltimore County, sub-title State's
Attorney, to be known as Sections 750A and 750B of the
Public Local Laws of Baltimore County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by General Assembly of
Maryland, That two more sections be added to the revised
Code of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore County, sub-title
State's Attorney, to be known as Sections 750A and 750B of
the Public Local Laws of Baltimore County, and to read as
follows:
750A. That the State's Attorney for Baltimore County is
hereby authorized and empowered to appoint a law assistant
to said State's Attorney at a compensation not exceeding
Eighteen Hundred ($1, 800. 00) Dollars per annum, to be paid
out of the fees coming into the hands of the said State's At-
torney for Baltimore County, which said law assistant shall
perform such work in the said State's Attorney's office and
such other work as he may be directed by the said State's At-
torney.
750B. That the said State's Attorney for Baltimore County
is hereby authorized and empowered to expend out of the re-
ceipts of his office a sum not exceeding Twelve Hundred ($1, -
200. 00) Dollars per annum for the purpose of compiling statis-
tics in criminal cases originating in Baltimore County.
