CHAPTER 455.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
236, 36, 55, 227 and 235 of Article 77 of the Annotated.
Code of Maryland, 1924 Edition, title "Public Education, "
to define the terms "phsically handicapped child, " and to
provide for the enumeration of physically handicapped chil-
dren; to add three new sections to Article 77 of the said
Code, to follow immediately after Section 235, and to be
known as Sections 235A, 235B and 235C, and to add one
new section to Article 43 of the said Code, title "Health, "
sub-title "State Board of Health, " to follow immediately
after Section 15, and to be known as Section 15A, to pro-
vide for the classification of physically handicapped chil-
dren, and to provide State aid to the counties and to Bal-
timore City in meeting the cost of maintaining special
schools and special classes for the education of such chil-
dren.

CHAPTER 456.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners
for Montgomery County to issue bonds in an amount not to
exceed Twenty-five Thousand Dollars and to levy and collect
taxes on the assessable property of Montgomery County, in
the Second and Eleventh Election Districts of said County,
for the payment of said bonds and interest coupons thereon,
for the purpose of building a pedestrian underpass beneath
the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad tracks at Boyd in the said
County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Montgomery County
are hereby authorized and directed to borrow on the credit of
said County a sum of money not to exceed Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25, 000), and to issue coupon bonds in such sums as
the County Commissioners may direct, said bonds to bear interest
from the date of the issue thereof, at a rate of not more than
five per centum, per annum, payable semi-annually, and which
said interest in the maturity of each of said bonds shall be pro-
vided for and set forth in the coupons attached to each of said
