land, and E. Frank Kelly, shall severally continue as such until
their membership be terminated by death, resignation or re-
moval. And any member may be removed for cause by a two-
thirds vote of all the members; provided that any member so
removed be first furnished with a copy of the ground of re-
moval and be given an opportunity to make answer thereto.
Upon the occurrence of a vacancy in the membership, it shall be
the duty of the remaining members to elect by ballot within one
year after the occurrence of a vacancy some one to fill such
vacancy.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

cle and to be known as Section 295A, for the purpose of.
