photos, or recording the same, the same per diem allowed to
surveyors for making them; all original papers, to which a
party is entitled, to be delivered without charge for a search;
no search to be charged for looking for any judgment, or
other record, or thing, of which a copy is required or which
may be necessary to be recited in any suit or process; no charge
to be made for any docket entry not actually made, for receiving
and paying over all public money for licenses, fines or other
wise, five per centum, except the Clerk of the Court of Com-
mon Pleas, who shall receive one per centum commission for
receiving or paying over such public money; for entering
satisfaction of judgment on justices' docket, fifteen cents; for
granting hawkers' and peddlers' license, to be paid by the
hawkers or peddlers, $1. 00; provided, however, that the Clerk
of the Criminal Court of Baltimore City shall be authorized
to charge for the issue and entry of every summons for appear-
ance before the Grand Jury the sum of forty cents; for the
taking and entry of every recognizance the sum of one dollar;
for the taking and entry on the parole docket of every affidavit
of parole, the sum of one dollar; for the entry of every case
on the special docket or the Grand Jury docket, the sum of
seventy-five cents for each case, and for the issue of every sum-
mons for appearances in the Criminal Court, the sum of forty
cents.

CHAPTER 428.
AN ACT to add to Article II of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (Dennis' Edition of 1918), title "Frederick
County, " sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables, "
one new section to immediately follow Section 487, and to be
designated as Section 487A, providing for the payment in
advance by all plaintiffs in all civil actions before Justices
of the Peace in Frederick County, instituted by them, of the
costs of their suit proceedings before said Justices of the
Peace, according to the fee schedule of officer's fees provided
in the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That one new section be, and it is hereby added to Ar-
ticle II of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
