CHAPTER 357.

AN ACT to repeal Section 47 of Article 58 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Live Stock, " sub-
title "Tuberculin or Mallein," said section relating to appro-
priations for Biological Laboratory.

WHEREAS, since the adoption of the Budget Amendment, sec-
tions of the Code providing for specific appropriations to the
several departments are useless and superfluous; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 47 of Article 58 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Live Stock," sub-title
"Tuberculin or Mallein," be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

Approved April 11, 1929.

CHAPTER 358.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 70 and 71 of Article 48 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "'In-
spectors," sub-title "State Horticultural Department, " said
sections relating to appropriations for certain inspectors.

WHEREAS, since the adoption of the Budget Amendment, sec-
tions of the Code providing for specific appropriations to the
several departments are useless and superfluous; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 70 and 71 of Article 48 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Inspectors,"
sub-title "State Horticultural Department," be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.
