be used only for the purposes specified in the ordinance pro-
viding therefor, and said bonds when issued shall be exempt
from state, municipal and county taxation.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 509.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 2"
and 19 of Chapter 200 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1916, entitled An Act to repeal Sections 2
to 27, inclusive, of Chapter 514 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1910 as the same were repealed
and re-enacted by Chapter 457 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1912, and by Chapter 357 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1914, and to re-enact,
with amendments, Sections 2 to 23, inclusive, the said
re-enacted sections being a new Charter for the Town of
Mt. Rainier, in Prince George's County, Maryland.

CHAPTER 510.
AN ACT to add a new Article to the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1924 Edition), to be known as Article 54-A,
to follow immediately after Article 54 of said Code, and
to be under title "Laundries, ' relating to the sanitary con-
dition and operation of laundries.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new Article be and the same is hereby
added to the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition),
the said Article to be known as Article 54-A, to follow imme-
diately after Article 54 of said Code, to be under title "Laun-
dries, " and to read as follows:
