area in Woodmont, " and for other purposes; to authorize,
empower and direct the County Commissioners of Mont-
gomery County, Maryland, to levy, annually, a special tax
sufficient to meet the interest requirements on all outstand-
ing bonds, obligations or indebtedness incurred or contracted
under and by virtue of the provisions of said Chapter 360
of the Acts of 1922 and said Chapter 531 of the Acts of
1924 and to pay annually at least one-sixth of the principal
of all such outstanding bonds, obligations and indebtedness,
and to provide for the collection and application of said tax.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That said Chapter 360 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland passed at the January Session of 1922
be and the same is hereby repealed, except all provisions there-
of relating to the collection of taxes and assessments heretofore
levied or laid under and by virtue of the authority and powers
contained therein; and that said Chapter 531 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland passed at the January
Session of 1924 be and the same is hereby repealed, except all
provisions thereof relating to the collection of taxes and as-
sessments heretofore levied or laid under and by virtue of the
authority and powers contained therein.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose of
providing funds to pay the interest as it becomes due and pay-
able on all outstanding bonds issued and obligations or in-
debtedness incurred or contracted, including the indebtedness
of approximately six thousand dollars to the Farmers' Bank-
ing and Trust Company of Rockville in said Montgomery
County and the Montgomery County National Bank of Rock-
ville in said County, under and by virtue of the provisions and
to carry out the purposes of said Chapter 360 of the Acts of
the Assembly of 1922 and of said Chapter 531 of the Acts of
the Assembly of 1924, and to pay the principal of such out-
standing bonds, obligations or indebtedness in the manner
hereinafter provided, the County Commissioners of Montgom-
ery County, Maryland, be and they are hereby authorized, em-
powered and directed to levy, annually, against all of the as-
sessable property, real and personal, within the subdivision
of Woodmont, situate in said Montgomery County, as said
subdivision is laid down and shown upon the Plat thereof re-
corded as Plat No. 4 in Plat Book No. 1, one of the Land
Records for Montgomery County, Maryland, being all of the
