Salisbury Realty Co. a certain parcel of land in the City of
Salisbury, in Parsons Election District, on the North side of
and binding on the South Branch of the Wicomico River, and
on the South side of and binding on Dock Street, and front-
ing on said Dock Street a distance of fifty-one and forty-
three hundredths (51. 43) feet, and being lot No. 100 on plat
of The Salisbury Realty Co. land, as made by P. S. Shockley
dated August 9th., 1919, and recorded among the Land Records
of Wicomico County, Maryland, in Liber J. C. K. No. 114.
Folio 598 and on the 5th day of January, 1925 purchased at
private sale from The Salisbury Realty Co., a certain parcel of
land in Parsons Election District, Wicomico County, Mary-
land, in the City of Salisbury, on the North side of and binding
on the South Branch of the Wicomico River and on the South
side of and binding on Dock Street, said lot being 51. 43 feet by
102 feet, and being lot No. 101 on plat of The Salisbury
Realty Co. land, as made by P. S. Shockley dated August 9th.,
1919 and recorded among the Land Records aforesaid and
adjoining above described property.

WHEREAS, The purchase of said parcels of land was necessary
for the purpose and required for the holding of road material
and the building of a store house for the protection and care
of the road machinery belonging to the County Commission-
ers of Wicomico County, Maryland; now, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the purchase and the conveyance by The Salisbury
Realty Co. by deeds dated December the fifteenth, nineteen
hundred twenty-four and January the fifth, nineteen hundred
twenty-five, to the County Commissioners of Wicomico County
and recorded in the Land Records in Liber J. C. K. No. 140,
Folio 357 and Liber J. C. K. No. 140, Folio 359, of all those
lots or parcels of land in Parsons Election District, on the
North side of and binding on the South Branch of the Wicomi-
co River, and on the South side of and binding on Dock Street,
and being Lots No. 100 and 101 on a plat made by P. S.
Shockley dated August 9th 1919 and recorded among the Land
Records of Wicomico County, Maryland, in Liber J. C. K. No.
114, Polio 598, be and they are hereby ratified and confirmed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Wicomico County may at any time in their dis-
cretion sell at public or private sale all of said lots or any par-
cel thereof, when same may not be necessary for county pur-
poses or uses, and convey and execute a deed of deeds therefor,
and the purchase money be applied to the general expenses
of Wicomico County, and said Commissioner may lease any
