1900, as said section was amended by Chapter 399 of the
Acts of 1920, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments to read as follows:

13. The County Commissioners of Dorchester County shall
annually pay to the Commissioners of the Town of Secretary
seven hundred and fifty dollars out of the taxes levied and col-
lected for roads in said county, to be applied by the Town Com-
missioners for corporate! purposes; provided, that all payments
heretofore made by the County Commissioners of Dorchester
County to the County Commissioners of Secretary for the
corporate purposes of said town, shall be and the same are
hereby ratified and confirmed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

AN ACT to amend the charter of Pocomoke City by adding six
new sections to follow immediately after Section 254 of
Staton's Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County,
title "Pocomoke City, " said sections to be designated as
Sections 254-A, 254-B, 254-C, 254-D, 254-E and 254-F,
and provide for the extension of the corporate limits of the
Town of Pocomoke City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Charter of Pocomoke City be amended
by adding six new sections to Staton's Code of Public Local
Laws of Worcester County, title "Pocomoke City, " said
