such proceedings shall in all cases be a bar to all suits for the
recovery of any liquor seized or the value thereof or for dam-
ages alleged to arise by reason of the seizing and detention
thereof.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 404.
AN ACT to exempt for a period of five years all the property,
real and personal, of the Maryland and Delaware Coast
Railway from county and local taxation in Caroline County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland., That all the property, real and personal, of the
Maryland and Delaware Coast Railway shall be exempt for
a period of five years from all county and local taxation in
Caroline County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 405.
AN ACT to authorize, direct and empower the Board of
County Commissioners of Montgomery County to borrow
upon the faith and credit of said County to an amount not
to exceed $60, 000 and to issue and sell bonds therefor, the
proceeds thereof to be used for the acquiring or sites for the
erecting, equipping and furnishing of two County Police
Stations, said Stations to contain offices for the County Com-
missioners from the Fourth and Fifth Commissioner Dis-
tricts; hearing rooms for said Commissioners, the Washing-
ton Suburban Sanitary Commission and the Maryland Na-
tional Capital Park and Planning Commission and to pro-
vide for the payment of interest on said bonds and of the
principal thereof by the levy of taxes.
