CHAPTER 371.

AN ACT to repeal Section 8 of Chapter 268 of the Acts of.
1908 relating to the Charter of the Susquehanna Power
Company prohibiting the bringing of electricity generated
by the Susquehanna Power Company into Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 8 of Chapter 268 of the Acts of 1908
relating to the Charter of the Susquehanna Power Company,
prohibiting the bringing of electricity generated by the Sus-
quehanna Power Company into Baltimore City be and the
same is hereby repealed.

Approved April 5, 1927.

CHAPTER 372.

AN ACT to add a new Section to Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, Edition of 1924, title "Licenses, " sub-
title "Motor Vehicles, " to follow immediately after Section
202 and to be known as Section 202-A, to provide for trans-
fers of certificates of title in the case of repossessions of
motor vehicles, and changes of title, ownership or right of
possession by operation of law.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new Section be, and the same is hereby
added to Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, Edi-
tion of 1924, title "Licenses, " sub-title "Motor Vehicles, " to
follow immediately after Section 202, to be known as Section
202-A, and to read as follows:

202-A. Where a change of title, ownership or right of
possession of any motor vehicle is effected by the exercise of
the right of repossession contained in a lien instrument or is
the result of a judicial decree, order or proceeding, or any
other proceeding provided by law, no written assignment, as
prescribed by Section 202 of this Article, shall be required,
but the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall issue a new
certificate of title for said motor vehicle upon satisfactory
proof of said change of title, ownership or right of possession
as aforesaid.
