City of Annapolis, Maryland, unless otherwise provided.
Section 5-G. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
being passed by a Yea and Nay vote, supported by three-fifths
of all the Members elected to each of the two Houses of the
General Assembly, and. the same shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

CHAPTER 367.
AN ACT to add two sections to Chapter 194 of the Acts of
1918, entitled "An Act to regulate the buying arid selling of
leaf tobacco in Anne Arundel, Calvert and Prince George's
Counties, to be designated as Sections 5-A and 5-B and to
follow immediately after Section 5 of said Chapter, pro-
hibiting sale of leaf tobacco except between the time of two
hours after sunrise and one hour before sunset.

CHAPTER 368.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
105, 109 and 110 of Article 39 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-
title "Crabs, " providing for crab licenses, regulating kind
and size of crabs to be caught, defining a peeler crab and
providing additional penalties covering violations.
WHEREAS, The blue crab of Chesapeake Bay is migratory
to the extent that it moves from Virginia to Maryland waters
and vice versa, and that legislation tending to conserve the
crab should be uniform in the two States, and
WHEREAS, The State of Virginia has enacted a number of
beneficial laws at the request of the State of Maryland, and
has shown a willingness to co-operate with this State for the
