To Springfield State Hospital, for new building, $200, 000;
additions to epileptic colony, $165, 000; equipment for new
building, $10, 000; and for boiler, sewerage and water, $45, -
000, aggregating $420, 000, of which $165, 000 shall be from
the issue of February 15, 1928, and $255, 000 from the issue
of August 15, 1928.

To Spring Grove State Hospital, for enlarging and strength-
ening criminal insane building, $30, 000; equipment for
Foster Clinic addition, $10, 000; and for boiler, power plant
laundry, machinery and water supply, $20, 000, aggregating
$60, 000, all from the issue of August 15, 1927.

To Crownsville State Hospital, for new building, $100, -
000; equipment for same, $10, 000-; well and pumps, $10, 000;
and for enlarging power plant building, new boiler and con-
nections, $40, 000, aggregating $160, 000, of which $10, 000
shall be from the issue of August 15, 1927; $50, 000 from the
issue of February 15, 1928, and $100, 000 from the issue of
August 15, 1928.

To Rosewood State Training School, for new wing to boys'
building, $50, 000; new wing to girls' building, '"$85, 000;
equipment for new building, $10, 000; new refrigerating plant
and cold-storage room, $35, 000; and for sewerage and water,
$20, 000, aggregating $200, 000, of which $55, 000 shall be
from the issue of February 15, 1928, and $145, 000 from the
issue of August 15, 1928.

To the State Board of Welfare, for engine, generator, tun-
nelling wires and mechanical equipment at Maryland Peni-
tentiary, $31, 000, from the issue of August 15, 1927, and at
the House of Correction for new building and tiers, $667, 000;
additional cells for women and relocating wire shop, $50, 000;
power plant and mechanical equipment, $82, 000; and Warden's
residence, $20, 000, aggregating at the House of Correction,
$819, 000, of which $594, 000 shall be from the issue of August
15, 1927, and $225, 000 from the issue of February 15, 1928.

To the Maryland Tuberculosis Sanatorium Commission,
for new building and equipment at Mt. Wilson, $200, 000, of
which $100, 000 shall be from the issue of August 15, 1927,

and $100, 000 from the issue of February 15, 1928; for Super-
