CHAPTER 44.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the Police Commissioner of
Baltimore City to pay a pension to Martin B. Gallagher, a
former member of the Police Department of said city.

CHAPTER 45.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the Police Commissioner of
Baltimore City to increase the pension of Luke J. Dyser
from one-half to three-fourths pay.

CHAPTER 46.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
10 of Article 66-A of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title "Moving Pictures, " so as to require the
Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary of the Maryland
State Board of Censors to give bond in the penalty of three
thousand dollars.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 10 of Article 66-A of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Moving Pictures, " be,
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, so as to read as follows:
Section 10. The Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary
shall, before assuming the duties of their respective offices,
take and subscribe the oath prescribed by the Constitution of
the State of Maryland, and shall enter into bonds to the State
in the sum of three thousand dollars, respectively, conditioned
for the faithful performance of their duties.
