WHEREAS, the Governor of Maryland did, under and by
authority of Chapter 366 of the Acts of the General Assembly,
of Maryland 1920, by proclamation bearing date the 13th day
of February, 1926, declare the charter of said corporation null
and void; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the said proclamation of the Governor of Maryland
insofar as it affected The Sandier Bros. Baking Company, be
and it is hereby set aside, and that the charter of the said The
Sandier Bros. Baking Company be and it is hereby revived,
together with all powers incident thereto upon the payment by
it to the Comptroller of all taxes due by it, with the interest
thereon and all penalties imposed upon it for its neglect in that
particular.

CHAPTER 337.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 71 and 79 of Article 39 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Fish
and Fisheries, " sub-title "Fines, Penalties and Forfeitures, "
and to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 76
and 77 of the same Article.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 71 and 79 of Article 39 of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws of Maryland, title "Fish and Fisheries", sub-
title "Fines, Penalties and Forfeitures", be and the same are
hereby repealed, and that Sections 76 and 77 of the same Arti-
cle be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enactd with
amendments to read as follows:

SEC. 76. The proceeds of the sale of any property forfeited
as aforesaid shall, after paying the expenses of the seizure, con
demnation and sale, unless otherwise especially provided, shall
be paid to the justice of the peace or clerk of the court to be
remitted to the Comptroller for credit of the Conservation Fund.

SEC. 77. All fines imposed under this article unless otherwise
especially provided, shall be remitted by the justice of the peace
or clerk of the court or other officer collecting same to the
Comptroller to be credited by him to the Conservation Fund.
