SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Mayor and
Councilmen of Frostburg are likewise authorized and em-
powered to appoint a Board of Park and Playground Com-
missioners consisting of not less than three nor more than
five members, all of whom shall be citizens of Frostburg, to
serve without pay for a period of two years from the date of
their appointment. The Board created shall have the charge,
management, and control of any park or playground estab-
lished by the Mayor and Councilmen of Frostburg under the
provisions of this Act.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1927.

CHAPTER 212.

AN ACT to abolish the Board of Game Wardens of Allegany
County, Maryland, as provided for in Chapter 282 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1916, and to
direct that the sum of Two Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-
four Dollars and Thirteen ($2, 464. 13) Cents now in the
hands of said Board be transferred to a new Board to be
created and known as the Board of Game Trustees of Alle-
gany County, Maryland, to be by it expended for certain
purpose's..

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of Game Wardens of Allegany County.
Maryland, as created by Chapter 282 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of 1916, be and it is hereby abolished, and that
Dr. A. H. Hawkins, Dr. George G. Sharrett, and Rawley K.
Swayne, all of Allegany County, Maryland, be and they are
hereby constituted a Board of Game Trustees of Allegany
County, Maryland to take charge of and expend the sum of
Two Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Four and Thirteen ($2, -
464. 13) Cents now remaining in the hands of said former
Board of Game Wardens for Allegany County, viz, Zack Laney,
H. A. Pitzer, Malancthon Hoffman, and Dr. Edward Harris
elected by virtue of the provisions of Chapter 282 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1916; and the said
Board of Game Wardens of Allegany County are hereby auth-
orized and directed to pay the aforesaid sum of money now
