the said office of the Clerk of the Court or Register of Wills,
respectively, be kept open after such hour on Saturday and
the said Clerk and his deputies and Register of Wills and his
deputies to remain for such a time as the Judges of said Cir-
cuit and Orphans Court, respectively, may feel necessary for
the convenience of the respective courts.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1927.

CHAPTER 200.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the Board of County
Commissioners of Allegany County, Maryland, to extend
Holland Street from the present city limits of Cumberland,
Maryland, and to sell and convey 35/100 of an acre of the
Allegany County Home Farm.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of County Commissioners of Allegany
County be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to
extend Holland Street as now located in the northern addition
to the City of Cumberland, Maryland, from the present city
limits of Cumberland, Maryland, through and across the south-
west corner of the property known as the County Home Farm
provided that the said Board of County Commissioners shall
so deem it advisable.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Board of County Com-
missioners of Allegany County be and they are hereby author-
ized and empowered to sell, grant and convey unto whomsoever
they may see fit, that portion of the southwest corner of the
property known as the County Home Farm, located in Allegany
County, Maryland, which would be detached from the County
Home property, if the said County Commissioners of Allegany
County extend Holland Street as aforesaid, said detached por-
tion consisting of 35/100 of an acre, on whatever terms and con-
ditions the said Board of County Commissioners of Allegany
County may elect.

SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That this Act take effect on the first
day of June, 1927.
