SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the boundaries of
the said town of Colmar Manor shall be as follows: Begin-
ning at the intersection of the east boundary line of the Fort
Lincoln Cemetery with the line of the Washington-Baltimore
Boulevard, and running thence due north to the north line of
said Boulevard and thence along the north line of said Boule-
vard to high water mark on the"east bank of Anacostia River,
thence along said high water mark on said east bank to the
boundary line of the District of Columbia, thence along said
District of Columbia boundary line to the Fort Lincoln Cem-
etery, thence along the Fort Lincoln Cemetery to the point of
beginning.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the town of Col-
mar Manor shall be divided into four wards, as follows:

First Ward—That portion of the said town lying between
the District of Columbia and a line from the Boulevard to the
Anacostia River, following the west line of Pershing Avenue.

Second Ward—That portion of the said town bounded on
the west by a line from the Boulevard to the River, following
the west line of Pershing Avenue, and on the east by a line
from the Boulevard to the River, following the west line of
Marshall Avenue.

Third Ward—That portion of the said town bounded on the
west by a line from the Boulevard to the River, following the
west line of Marshall Avenue, and on the east by a line from
the Boulevard to the River, following the west line of Lenox
Avenue.

Fourth Ward—That portion of the said town lying east of
a line from the Boulevard to the River, following the west
line of Lenox Avenue.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the officers of said
town shall consist of a Mayor, Clerk, four Councilmen, and a
Treasurer; Mayor, Clerk and Treasurer to be elected by the
combined vote of the said town, and four Councilmen to be
elected by their respective wards; and such appointive officers
as are hereinafter designated; and each officer appointed shall
continue to hold office for such term as the Mayor and Council
shall designate or until his. successor is duly qualified. Be-
fore entering upon the duties of his office, each officer shall
take oath that he will diligently and faithfully discharge all
duties of his office without favor, partiality or prejudice, and
