a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
State of Illinois (said line at this point being also the west
line of Block No. 28 of the subdivision known as "Hyattsville
Hills" as per plat thereof recorded among the Land Records
of Prince George's County, Maryland, in Plat Book R. N. R.
No. 2 at folio 64) and the northwest boundary line of the
said Town of Hyattsville, and (1) running from said point
of beginning northerly along the lines of the said property of
the Missionary Sisters, Servants of the Holy Ghost, a corpora-
tion organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Illinois, to their intersection with the east line of New Cut
Road, (2) thence northeasterly along said east line of New Cut
Road to its intersection with the south line of the Colesville
Road, (3) thence easterly along the said south line of the
Colesville Road to its intersection with the east line of Calvert
Street, in the town of Riverdale, said point being the north-
east corner of Lot No. 1 in Block No. 2 of the subdivision of
Ellaville, (4) thence running along the eastern boundary of
Block No. 2 of said subdivision to the southeast corner of Lot
No. 15, (5) thence across Ashland Avenue to the northeast
corner of Lot 6 in Block No. 8 of the Ellaville subdivision,
(6) thence along the eastern boundary of Block No. 8 to the
northern boundary line of the Town of Hyattsville, (7) thence
westerly along the said northern boundary line of the Town
of Hyattsville to the western terminus of the north line of
Avalon Avenue, as the same is laid down in the subdivision
known as Ellaville, (8) thence southerly along the aforemen-
tioned northwest boundary line of the Town of Hyattsville to
the place of beginning.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That, except as herein-
after otherwise provided, all the provisions of the Constitution
of Maryland, all Laws of the State of Maryland applicable to
the town of Hyattsville which now are in force or may here-
after be enacted, and all the existing ordinances of the town of
Hyattsville, shall be and the same are hereby extended and
made applicable to such portion of Prince George's County as
is, under the provisions of this Act, annexed to and made a
part of the said town of Hyattsville. Nothing herein, or else-
where in this Act, shall affect the power of the Mayor and
Common Council of Hyattsville to amend or repeal any ordi-
nance existing at the date of the passage of this Act, or to enact
and ordain any ordinance which, at the date of the passage of
