to elections, registration, etc. Provided further that the County
Commissioners of Howard County shall not be required to
publish their annual statements in any newspaper but instead
shall have printed as many copies of the said statements as
there are taxpayers in said County, and shall deliver the said
copies to the Treasurer of said County, who, in turn, shall
deliver one copy to each taxpayer at the time when the said
taxpayer shall pay his tax bill.
SEC 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take,
effect June 1st, 1927.

CHAPTER 151.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 239
of Article 93 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title "Testamentary Law, " sub-title "Orphans' Court, "
as enacted by an Act of Assembly of Maryland passed at the
January Session of 1920, Chapter 71, and providing for an
increase in the per diem of the Judges of the Orphans' Court
of Baltimore City, and fixing the hours of the sessions of said
Court.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 239 of Article 93 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, title Testamentary Law, sub-title Or-
phans' Court, as enacted by an Act of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the January Session 1920, Chapter 71, be
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments so as to read as follows:
SEC. 239. The Judges of the Orphans' Court of Baltimore
City shall each receive the sum of sixteen dollars for
every day's attendance upon the sessions of said Orphans' Court
of Baltimore City, to be paid by the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore, at the end of each and every month; and the sessions
of said Orphans' Court of Baltimore City shall continue from
11 o'clock A. M. to 3 o'clock P. M., if necessary for the trans-
action of the business of the Court.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the provisions of
any Public Law or any Public Local Law which are inconsistent
with the provisions of this Act, be and the same are hereby
repealed.
