SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts
of laws of the State of Maryland, general or local, inconsistent
with the provisions of this Act be, and the same are hereby re-
pealed, to the extent of such inconsistency.

SECTION 3. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1927.

CHAPTER 126-

AN ACT to repeal Sections 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69 and
70 of Article 72 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title "Oysters, " sub-title "Potomac. "

WHEREAS Sections 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78 and 79 of Ar-
ticle 72 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Oysters, " sub-title "Potomac, " provide for concurrent legis-
lation for the Potomac River between the States of Maryland
and Virginia as to fish, oysters and crabs, under the terms of the
compact of 1785 between the two States, and repeal all laws in
conflict therewith; and

WHEREAS Sections 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69 and 70 of Ar-
ticle 72 are superseded by the concurrent acts, therefore;

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69 and 70 of Ar-
ticle 72 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Oysters, " sub-title "Potomac, " be and are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect June 1st, 1927.
