Assembly of Maryland, Session 1924; and to re-enact the-
same with amendments, and to add two additional sections
to, said Article 16, one of said additional sections to follow
Section 388-A thereof, and to be designated as Section
388-B, and one additional Section to follow after Section
391 thereof and to be designated as Section 391-A, so as.
to prohibit the possession of intoxicating liquors in auto-
mobiles or other vehicles in which fire-arms, smoke-screens,
or other dangerous or deadly weapons "are carried, and to
provide certain penalties for such violations, and to pro-
vide for the confiscation and disposal by the Chief of Police
of Montgomery County, of any and all intoxicating liquors
or the materials and instrumentalities for the manufacture
or the transportation of the same in violation of the pro-
visions of this law.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 387, 388, 388-A, 389, 391 and 392
of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Montgomery County, " sub-title "Liquors and Intoxi-
cating Drinks, " as amended by the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1924, Chapter 454, be repealed and
re-enacted with amendments, and that 2 additional sections
be added to said Article 16, one of said additional sections to
follow Section 388-A thereof and be designated as Section
388-B, and one to follow Section 391 thereof and to be desig-
nated as Section 391-A, and so that Sections 387, 388, 388-A,
388-B, 389, 391, 391-A and 392 shall read as follows:

Section 387. That it shall not be lawful for any person;
or persons, or any house, Company, association or body cor-
porate, to sell directly or indirectly, or receive orders for the
purchase of, or give to any person or persons under twenty-one
years of age, within the limits of Montgomery County, any
spirituous or fermented liquors or intoxicating drinks of any
kind whatsoever, or any article used or sold as a beverage in
the composition of which whiskey, brandy, high wines or
alcohol, or any spirituous or fermented liquids shall be an
ingredient or ingredients.

Section 388. That no person, persons, house, company or
association or body corporate, shall deposit, keep or have in
his, her or their or its possession, within the limits of Mont-
gomery County any spirituous or fermented liquors, or in-
