rules and regulations for the administration and enforcement of
this Act.

SEC. 29. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this
Act contained shall be deemed or construed to authorize the
condemnation of any property in Anne Arundel County owned,
controlled by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, or
the County Commissioners of Baltimore County.

SEC. 30. And be it further enacted, That when said Com-
mission files their budget with the County Commissioners of
Anne Arundel County, the said County Commissioners shall
have the power to amend, alter or reduce said budget in their
discretion.

SEC. 31. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this
of Act inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be, and
Election District of Anne Arundel County.

SEC. 32. And be it further enacted, That all Acts and parts
of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be, and
the same are hereby, repealed to the extent of their incon-
sistency; provided that nothing herein contained shall be taken
as restricting any control which the State Board of Health of
Maryland is empowered to exercise within the Sanitary Dis-
tricts, and nothing- in this Act shall apply to the City of An-
napolis.

SEC. 33. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1927.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 179
and 180 of Article 27 of the Annotate^ Code of Maryland,
Edition of 1924, title "Crimes and Punishment," sub-title
"Fraud—Upon Gas Companies," and Section 106 of Article
27" of the Annotated Code of Maryland, Edition of 1924,
title "Crimes and Punishment," sub-title "Destroying Prop-
erty Maliciously," changing the number of Section 106 to
180-A, with the sub-title "Fraud Upon Electric Companies
and Damaging, Interfering, or Tampering with the Prop-
erty of Such Companies," and providing that the existence
