4. If such shares, subscription rights and/or obligations
are registered in the name of a minor, or person incompetent to
contract, without any indication on the face of the stock certi-
ficate, subscription right and/or obligation of such minority
or incompetency, and the corporation is without actual notice
that the registered holder is a minor or an incompetent.

CHAPTER 672.
AN ACT to prohibit the throwing, or deposit of trash, junk or
other refuse on the lands or property of another without his
written consent, and to prohibit the! throwing or dumping of
trash or junk or other refuse upon any of the highways of
Prince George's County or Montgomery County, and provid-
ing a penalty therefor.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be unlawful for any person to throw, dump,
or deposit any trash, junk or other refuse upon the land or
property of another without the written consent first had and
obtained of the owner thereof, or under the personal direction
of such owner; or to throw, dump or deposit any trash, junk
or other refuse upon any public highway of Prince George's
County or Montgomery County, and any violation of this Act
shall constitute a misdemeanor and any person convicted there
of before a Justice of the Peace or Court of proper jurisdiction
shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $5.00 or more than
$50.00, or by imprisonment of not less than thirty (30) or more
than (90) days, or both.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect June
1, 1927.
