the northeast corner of Argyle Ave. and Hoffman St., known
as Number 1101 Argyle Avenue, made by Whit W. Allen to
the New Shiloh Baptist Church of Baltimore City, a body cor-
porate, dated May 16th. 1918, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3222, folio 452,
etc.
To the following bequests under the will of Frederick
Schwartz, deceased, the Will being dated June 16, 1910, and
probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore on or about March
17, 1925:
(a) To the St. Thomas Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Baltimore City, of the reversionary interest and estate in and
to the lot of ground known as 1816 Ninth St., Baltimore, Mary-
land, being more fully and particularly described in an In-
denture of Lease from the said Frederick Schwartz and wife
to Frederick G. Yingling and wife, bearing the date the llth.
