To the State Roads Commission, for Balti-

more City. 20% (less refund exemptions

and payments to incorporated cities and

towns) of the "lateral road gasoline tax

fund" in accordance with the Act of the

Legislature providing therefor; the

amount herein named being an estimate

only, it being the intention that this ap-

propriation shall be 20% of the revenues

aforesaid; and it being further the inten-

tion that such revenues include the one-

half cent payments provided by said Act

for the streets and highways of Balti-

more City, which one-half cent payments

are hereby appropriated for such pur-
