to sit at the station house at Catonsville shall receive in the
same manner One Hundred and Twenty-five dollars per
month, and the justice so selected to sit at the station house at
Essex shall receive in the same manner One Hundred and
twenty-five dollars per month, and the justice so selected to
sit at the station house at Fullerton shall receive in the same
manner One hundred dollars per month, and the justice
so selected to sit at the station house at Halethorpe shall
receive in the same manner Seventy-five dollars per month,
and no justice of the peace selected as committing magis-
trate shall be permitted to charge any fees in criminal
cases or for the discharge of any duty required of him by law as
such committing magistrate except for the use of the County.
Commissioners of Baltimore County; provided that such
magistrate may in civil cases and in all other matters incident
to the office of justice of the peace, charge and retain for his
own use such fees for his services as may be allowed by law.
The County Commissioners of Baltimore County are hereby
authorized to fix the hours during which the committing magis-
trates above designated shall sit at the various places desig-
nated for the performances of the duties of their offices, said
hours so to be designated, however, shall not prevent said
magistrates from sitting at other times, in addition to said
designated hours, as necessity or convenience may require.

CHAPTER 103.
AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and Commissioners of
Westernport, in Allegany County, a municipal corporation,
to borrow money on the faith and credit of said corporation
and to issue coupon bonds therefor of an amount not ex-
ceeding two hundred thousand dollars ($200, 000. 00) and
bearing interest at four and three quarter per centum
(4 3/4 %) per annum. To be issued and sold to raise funds
for the purpose of paying off "Westernport General Im-
provement Bonds" due in 1941, now outstanding in the
amount of one hundred and eighteen thousand dollars
($118, 000. 00), and for the purpose of extending and re-
pairing the public water system of said municipality and
for paving streets, providing sewers, paying off the floating
