SEC. 2. And Be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners for Allegany County are hereby directed to pay the
expense of said survey, including the surveyor and Ms em-
ployees; the cost of preparing said survey; the expense inci-
dent to the transfer of the names of the voters who reside
within the new precincts to new and additional records of reg-
istration and the expense of the Supervisors of Elections or
either of them and their appointees and such other necessary
expense as may be incurred in order to carry out the terms
and provisions of this Act; the itemized statement of which
shall be forthwith rendered to said Board of County Commis-
sioners under oath by the members of Board of Supervisors of
Elections setting forth in detail each item of expense, upon
which said statement, said County Commissioners shall make
payment from the Treasury of Allegany County.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted. That all Acts or parts of
Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby
repealed, public general and public local law, notwithstanding.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1927.

CHAPTER 653.
AN ACT to add to Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of the State of Maryland, title "Allegany County," under
the sub-title "Landlord and Tenant," a new section, to follow
Section 184-A and to be designated as Section 184-B, pro-
viding for penalty for moving goods under distraint.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section is hereby added to Article 1 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title
"Allegany County" under the sub-title "Landlord and Tenant,"
to follow immediately after Section 184-A and to read as
follows:
Section 184-B. Whenever goods, wares, chattels or merchan-
dise shall have been levied upon under a Warrant of Distraint
by any landlord or his agent or bailiff in accordance with
