missioners under the provisions of Section 1 of this Act, the in-
terest and principal of such bonds to be paid from the taxes
levied on all the assessable property of said county.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 651.
AN ACT to add an additional Section to Article 27, of the
Annotated Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland,
title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Conspiracy," to
be known as Section 43-A, and to follow immediately after
Section 43 of said Article, to prescribe the penalties or pun-
ishments for the crime of Conspiracy.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That an additional Section be and it is hereby added to
Article 27, of the Annotated Code of the Public General Laws
of Maryland, title "Crimes and Punishment," sub-title "Con-
spiracy," said additional section to be known as Section 43-A
and to follow immediately after Section 43 of said article, and
to read as follows:
43-A. Every person convicted of the crime of conspiracy
shall be liable to be punished by a fine not exceeding two thou-
sand dollars, or imprisonment in the jail or the Maryland House
of Correction or the Maryland Penitentiary, for not more than
ten years, or both, in the discretion of the Court; provided that
all actions or prosecutions hereunder shall be commenced within
two years after the commission of said offense.
SEC. 2 And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1927.

AN ACT to authorize, direct and empower the Board of Super-
visors of Elections for Allegany County, Maryland, to create
in the year Nineteen Hundred and Twenty-eight new and
additional election precincts, changing the lines thereof, es-
tablishing new precincts by sub-dividing election districts and
