not more than one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00), or by im-
prisonment for not more than six months, or both.

SEC. 11. (Uniformity of Interpretation. ) This Act shall
be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general pur-
pose to make uniform the law of those States which enact it,
and to harmonize, as far as possible, with Federal laws and
regulations on the subject to aeronautics.

SEC. 12. (Short Title. ) This Act may be cited as the Uni-
form State Law for Aeronautics.

SEC. 13. (Repeal. ) All Acts or parts of Acts which are
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 638.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and Councilmen of Frostburg
in Allegany County, a municipal corporation, to borrow
money on the faith and credit of said corporation and to
issue coupon bonds therefor of an amount not exceeding One
Hundred Thousand ($100, 000. 00) Dollars for the purpose
of paying the said city's proportional cost of paving and re-
paving, grading and regrading streets, lanes, and alleys in
said city and for paying off the floating debt of said munic-
ipality, providing generally for the advertising and sale of
said bonds and redemption of the same at maturity, together
with the interest thereon when and as the same becomes due
and payable.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Mayor and Councilmen of Frostburg be and it
is hereby authorized and empowered to issue bonds to an
amount not exceeding One Hundred Thousand ($100, 000. 00)
Dollars and to sell the same said bonds shall not be issued in
Less sums than One Hundred ($100. 00) Dollars, but may be
issued in sums of One Hundred ($100. 00) Dollars, or any mul-
tiple thereof, and shall be exempt from state, county, and mu-
nicipal taxes and be signed by the Mayor of the City of Frost-
burg1 and attested by the City Clerk with the corporate seal of
said city thereto attached; said bonds shall bear interest at the
