SEC. 3. And be it further enacted. That all game laws,
whether general or local, except as provided in this Article,
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the provisions of
this Article shall in no manner prevent the prosecution of per-
sons who have been arrested for violation of laws existing on
the statute books of this State prior to its enactment. The
repeal by this Article of any provisions of law shall not revive
any law heretofore repealed or superseded, nor shall any such
repeal affect any act done, liability incurred, or any right ac-
2rued or vested, or affect, or abate, or prevent any right or
penalty or punish any offense under the authority of such
repealed laws.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927:

CHAPTER 569.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 23 of Bagby's An-
notated Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Corporations, " sub-title "Public Service Commission, " con-
ferring upon the Public Service Commission the power to
fix minimum or maximum and minimum, as well as maxi-
mum rates, tolls, fares and charges, to be known as Section
373-A, and to come in immediately after Section 373 of said
Article.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be, and the same is hereby added
to Article 23 of Bagby's Annotated Code of the Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, title "Corporations, " sub-title "Public
Service Commission, " to be known as Section 373-A, and to
come in immediately after Section 373, and to read as follows:

Section 373-A. The power conferred upon the commission
by section 373 of this sub-title, to determine the just and rea-
sonable rates, tolls, fares and charges for the transportation of
persons, freight or property to be thereafter observed and in
