approved by the said Game Warden to prevent ingress and
egress of such deer or elk as are kept thereon.
(c) Such elk or deer or other game so kept in an enclosure
shall be deemed as personal property of the owner as fully to
all intents and purposes as other personal property.
65. It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully damage
or destroy any game pen, fence or other enclosure used f or the
purpose of raising and propagating game maintained upon land
or water, or to hunt, poison, wound, destroy, remove or steal
any game, their young or eggs, or to trespass or enter into any
such game pen or enclosure, unless by and with the consent of
the owner or lessee of the land on which said game pen, fence
or other enclosure is kept or maintained.
66. It shall be unlawful for any licensee, or his agent, or
employee, to neglect to return to the Game Warden any tag
with the information thereon required, or to kill, sell, give
away, remove or ship any game bred or raised, unless
first notifying the Game Warden and making application to
kill, sell, give away, remove or ship;
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to neglect to remove
and return to the Game Warden any tag attached to any con-
tainer, or to any game,
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to remove or de-
stroy any tag attached to any container or bird or animal except
in the manner and at the time and place provided by law.
(c) It shall be unlawful for any person to use any tag of
the kind herein provided for the carrying, removal, or ship-
ment of game or the eggs of game birds, taken or killed outside
of premises used for propagating game, under authority of a
license, or for the purpose of a second shipment of game from
any such premises. Nothing contained herein requiring the
tagging of game shall apply to any game released within this.
State, or hatched from eggs of game birds and released for
stocking purpose, or sold to the Game Warden or representa-
tive for propagating purposes.
(d) Any person or persons violating any of the provisions
of this sub-title, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction before any Justice of the Peace of this State
shall be fined not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00)
