143. A devise of the reversion issuing and payable out of
the property on the north side of Mosher Street under the last
will and testament of Frederick Schwartz, in Liber E. R. D,
No. 152, folios 132, etc., to the Evangelical Lutheran Synod,
in Missouri, Ohio, and other States.

144. A devise of the reversion issuing and payable out of
the property on the north side of Mosher Street under the last
will and testament of Frederick Schwartz, in "Wills," Liber
E. R. D. No. 152, folios 132, etc., to the Eastern District of
the Evangelical Lutheran Synod of Missouri, Ohio, and other
States.

145. To the bequest of five hundred dollars made by
Henrietta Biser, late of Frederick County, Maryland, de-
ceased, to the Trustees of the Reformed Church at Burkitts-
ville in said Frederick County, Md., in her last will and
testament dated October 15th, 1904, and recorded in Liber
A. M. P. No. 1, at folio 393, one of the records of Wills for
said Frederick County.

146. To a deed from The Evergreen Land Lawn and
Improvement Company of Baltimore County to The Presby-
terian Association of Baltimore City, dated July 18th, 1911,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore County,
Liber W. P. C. No. 379, folio 504.

147. To a deed from C. Roman Lusby and Wm. Purnell
Hall, Trustees to Hamilton Presbyterian Church of Baltimore
County, Md., recorded among the land records of Baltimore
City.

148. To the bequest under the last will and testament of
Sallie A. Dennis, deceased, whereby she gave to her executor
the sum of five hundred dollars to be invested and re-invested
in his discretion, the income of said investment to be paid
annually to the Trustees of the Presbyterian Church at Havre
de Grace as a contribution towards the salary of the pastor for
the time being of said Church.

149. To the following devise and bequest contained in the
18th clause of the said last will and testament of Sarah E. Boyd
in Liber P. E. W. No. 2 at folio 461, etc., one of the records
of Wills in the Office of the Register of Wills for Mont-
