a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the State
of Ohio.
133. To the bequest of twenty-five hundred dollars to St.
John's Protestant Episcopal Church of Hagerstown, Mary-
land, contained in the last will and testament of Charles F.
Keerl, late of Washington County, deceased, of record in
"Wills," Liber No. 15, folios 643, etc., one of the record books
in the Office of the Register of Wills for Washington County.
134. To the bequest of three hundred dollars to the Con-
sistory of Zion Reformed Church of Hagerstown, Maryland,
the income of which is to be used in keeping the cemetery lot
of the family of decedent in the cemetery of said church in
good order and condition, contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Ellen Jane Wantz, late of Washington County, de-
ceased, of record in "Wills," Liber No. 15, folios 660, etc.,
one of the record books in the Office of the Register of Wills
for Washington County.
135. To the bequest of one thousand dollars to the First
Christian Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, contained in the
last will and testament of Edith Newcomer, late of Washing-
ton County, deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber No. 15,
folios 669, etc., one of the record books in the Office of the
Register of Wills for Washington County.
136. To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the First
National Bank of Hagerstown, Maryland, in Trust, the divi-
dends or earnings thereof less expenses to be paid annually to
the Trustees of the Cemetery of Bethel U. B. Church, Chews-
ville, Maryland, for the support and maintenance thereof, con-
tained in the last will and testament of Edward G. Spessard,
late of Crawford County, State of Pennsylvania, deceased, a
duly exemplified copy of which is recorded in "Wills," Liber
No. 15, folios 334, etc., one of the record books in the Office
of the Register of Wills for Washington County.
137. To the conveyance from Susan Sarah Elizabeth Bus-
sard, John Franklin Bussard and Hattie B. Bussard of the
