Kee to Safe Deposit and Trust Company of Baltimore, Trus-
tee, viz:

(a) Most Reverend Michael J. Curley;

(b) Associated Professors of St. Mary's Seminary;
(c) The Bon Secour Sisters for the care of the sick.

101. To the acquisition by the Safe Deposit and Trust
Company of Baltimore and Hammond J. Dugan as Trustees
under the will of Thomas O'Neill, deceased, and to the ulti-
mate acquisition by the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Balti-
more and his successors by deed from said Trustees of a parcel
of ground in Baltimore City containing 15 and 835/1000 acres,
more or less, and which was conveyed unto said Trustees by a
deed from Roland Park Homeland Co., dated June 29th, 1925,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4420, folio 535, etc.

102. To the gifts of remainder interest in funds contained
in deed dated June 24th, 1903, and supplement thereto dated
February 9th, 1916, and in deed dated April 29th, 1916, and
supplement thereto, dated April 23rd, 1917, to Trustees of St.
Charles' College, near Catonsville, Baltimore County, Md.,
from Robert H. Jenkins to Safe Deposit and Trust Company
of Baltimore, Trustee.

103. To the following bequests under the last will and tes-
tament of Hammond J. Dugan, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, of record in Office of the Register of Wills, viz:

(a) To the Associated Professors of Woodstock College;

(b) The Redemptorists for masses;

(c) The Associated Professors of St. Mary's Seminary in
Baltimore City for masses;

(d) St. Joseph's Seminary of Baltimore City for masses;

(e) St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys of the City of

Baltimore;

(f) The Associated Professors of Loyola College in the City
of Baltimore;

(g) St. Jude's Tabernacle Society of Baltimore;
