63. To the deed from John G. Schilpp, Trustee, to the
Abbott Presbyterian Chapel of Baltimore County, dated July
15th, 1925, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4424, folio 103, conveying rever-
sionary interest in and an annual ground rent issuing out of
a lot of ground the improvements thereon being known as No.
3422 Bank Street.

64. To the following bequests to religious corporations con-
tained in the last will and testament of William Wheeler, late
of Carroll County, Maryland, deceased, bearing date August
25th, 1925, and recorded among the Will Records of Carroll
County in Liber W. F. B. No. 13, folio 187, etc., that is to
say:

(a) To the bequest to the Grace Methodist Episcopal Church
of Hampstead Circuit, in Baltimore County, Maryland, of the
interest arising on the sum of two thousand dollars deposited
in the Hampstead Bank of Carroll County, under the provi-
sions of paragraph 11 of the last will and testament of said
testator for the upkeep of the cemetery, and if there be more
than sufficient income to take care of the cemetery then said
surplus shall be used for the general expenses of said church.

(b) To the bequest to the Mt. Carmel Methodist Episcopal
Church of Mt. Carmel, Baltimore County, Maryland, of the
interest arising on the sum of one thousand dollars deposited
in the Hampstead Bank of Carroll County under the provi-
sions of paragraph 12 of the last will and testament of said
testator for the upkeep of the cemetery and if there be more
than sufficient income to take care of the cemetery then said
surplus shall be used for the general expenses of said church.

(c) To the bequest of St. Marks Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Hampstead, Maryland, of the interest arising on
the sum of one thousand dollars deposited in the Hampstead
Bank of Carroll County, Maryland, under the provisions of
paragraph 13 of the last will and testament of said testator
for the general expenses of said church.

(d) To the bequest of the Grace Methodist Episcopal Church
of Hampstead Circuit, in Baltimore County, Maryland, of the
interest arising on the one-third of the residue of his estate or
the sum of one thousand nine hundred and thirteen dollars and
sixty-one cents, for the general expenses of said church.
