the twelve months next following the expiration of the life es-
tate or life estates, if the devise or bequest is to take effect in
possession after the expiration of a life estate or life estates, a
corporation shall be formed in correspondence with such direc-
tions, capable and willing to receive and administer such de-
vise or bequest.

CHAPTER 336.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 59 of the Annotated
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title, "Lunatics
and Insane, " sub-title, "Maryland Asylum and Training
School for Feeble Minded" (Rosewood State Training
School), said new section to follow immediately after Section
47 of said Article, and to be known as Section 47-A, to au-
thorize the Board of Visitors of said Institution to parole
inmates thereof in its discretion, provide supervision for
such paroled inmates and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 59 of the Annotated Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title, "Lunatics and Insane, " sub-title. "Maryland
Asylum and Training School for Feeble Minded" (Rosewood
State Training School), the said new section to follow imme-
diately after Section 47 of said Article, and to be known as
Section 47-A. to read as follows:

47-A. The said Board of Visitors may. in its discretion,
parole for an indefinite period such inmates of said institution
as they may deem proper, and the superintendent and parole
officer of said institution shall have supervision of all such
paroled persons during said parole with authority in either or
both of said officials to take said paroled persons in custody and
return them to the institution when the Board of Visitors may
deem such action necessary for the proper care and protection
of the person paroled or for the protection of the community.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 249, 250 and 251 of Article 43 of
Bagby's Annotated Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
