The appropriation to the State Roads Commission for 1926,
to be paid out of special funds, shown on page 137 of the orig-
inal Budget Bill, for the maintenance and reconstruction of
State and State-aided roads, is changed from $3, 674. 878 to
$3, 666, 398.
The appropriation to Baltimore City for 1926, to be paid
from special funds, as shown on page 155 of the original Bud-
get Bill, which appropriation represents one-fifth of the re-
ceipts of the Motor Vehicle Department gasoline taxes, is
changed from $918, 719 to $916, 599, and the total appropri-
ation from special funds shown on page 155 of the original
Budget Bill, is changed from $1, 040, 210 to $1, 038, 099.
The appropriation to the Traffic Court of Baltimore City,
to be paid out of special funds, is hereby increased as follows:
For the fiscal year 1927, 2 Judges, $5, 500; 1 Judge, $700;
Chief Clerk, $2,000; 1 Clerk, $1, 800; 2 Clerks, $300: Office
Supplies and Stationery, $300; Total, $10, 600.
The appropriation to the State Roads Commission for 1027,
to be paid from special funds, shown on page 217 of the orig-
inal Budget Bill, for the maintenance and reconstruction, of
State and State-aided roads, is changed from $4, 071, 725 to
$4, 063, 245.
The appropriation to Baltimore City for 1927, to be paid
from special funds, as shown on page 235 of the original Bud-
get Bill, which, appropriation represents one-fifth of the re-
ceipts of the Motor Vehicle Department gasoline taxes, is
changed from $1, 017, 931 to $1, 015, 811, and the total appro-
priation from special funds, shown on page 235 of the original
Budget Bill, is changed from $1, 139, 431 to $1, 137, 311. "
CONTINGENT APPROPRIATIONS.
2—GENERAL FUNDS.
In the event of the enactment of legislation placing under
the Workmen's Compensation Law members of the organized
Militia of the Maryland National Guard and State employees
engaged in the care of the buildings, equipment and property
used by the Maryland National Guard, there is appropriated
to the Military Department, for the purpose of paying prem-
iums upon the necessary policy or policies of insurance, for
each of the fiscal years 1925, 1926 and 1927........ $1, 500
In the event of the enactment of legislation increasing the
salary of the Reporter and Codifier from $3, 000 per year to
