is hereby given full power and authority to do all things
necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act, even though
the same may not be specifically mentioned herein or in the
general school laws of the State.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That in order to redeem
said bonds and to pay the interest and principal thereof when
and as the same may become due, the County Commissioners
of Prince George's County are hereby authorized and directed
to levy in each and every year upon the assessable basis of said
Prince George's County a tax sufficient to pay the bonds ma-
turing during such year in accordance with the provisions
hereof, and to pay interest on all of the bonds authorized by
this Act which may be outstanding and unredeemed in such
year, and the proceeds of such levy when collected and paid
shall be used for the purpose, and for no other purpose than
that for which such levy was made.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety, and being
passed upon a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of
all of the members elected to each of the two Houses of the
General Assembly the same shall take effect from the date of
its passage.

CHAPTER 98.
AN ACT to sub-divide Mt. Vernon Election District, No. 5, of
Somerset County, into two election precincts; to designate
the boundaries of said two precincts, and to provide for the
location of election houses and the holding of County, State
and General Elections, in the two election precincts created
hereby.

CHAPTER 99.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Mayor and Council of
Pocomoke City to issue and sell coupon bonds of said town
to the amount of fifty-five thousand dollars to provide a fund
to be used in the liquidation of certain outstanding munic-
ipal debts and liabilities.
