Bond Issue for Sewerage System" then the Commissioners of
Delmar, or a majority of them, shall proceed to execute the
power vested in them by this act, but if a majority of the votes
cast shall be "Against Bond Issue for Sewerage System, " then
this act shall be of no effect, provided however, that the same
question shall be voted upon in the same manner at any succeed-
ing municipal election or at any special election at which the
said Commissioners of Delmar may in their discretion submit
said question, and when so submitted and favorably passed
upon by the voters as aforesaid, the provision of this act shall
become immediately effective.
SEC. 19. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1924.

CHAPTER 594.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 63
of Article 33 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Maryland, title
"Elections, " so as to change the hours during which the
polling places shall be open in Talbot County and in all of
Wicomico County except the Delmar District.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 63 of Article 33 of Bagby's Annotated
Code of Maryland, title "Elections, " be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as fol-
lows:
63. The polling places shall be opened by the judges of
election at 6 o'clock A. M. in the City of Baltimore, and shall
be kept open until 5 o'clock P. M. of the same day, at which
time the polls shall be closed, and in the Counties the polling
places shall be opened at 7 A. M. and shall be kept open until
7 P. M., at which time the polls shall be closed; except that in
Garrett, Washington, Carroll, Montgomery, Calvert, Dorches-
ter. Delmar District of Wicomico and Precinct No. 2, Dis-
trict No. 3 of Worcester County, the polling places shall be
open at six o'clock A. M., and in Talbot County the polling
places shall not he opened until 8 A. M. If any judge or clerk
shall not be present at the expiration of fifteen minutes after the
time for opening the polls the judge or judges present shall fill
the place of the absent judge or clerk by appointing in his stead
a person of the same political party as the absentee. One of the
