voted on any question which may be or may have been sub-
mitted to the vote of the people, and if such knowledge shall
be acquired by me, I will not, directly or indirectly, by word
or act, divulge or reveal the same or aid in doing so, save when
I am required to do so by law in some legal proceedings.

Provided, however, that in the several counties the judges
of election who constitute the Board of Registry, shall appear
at the office of said board to take the oath of office before one
of said supervisors and receive their commissions. The said
judges shall administer the oath of office in form and substance
as above prescribed, to the other judges and clerks of election
at the registration and polling place and give them their com-
missions before entering upon their respective offices. No fees
or extra compensation shall be charged by or allowed the said
judges for administering said oaths. Blank forms for the
oath to be administered by said judges shall be furnished by
the supervisors, which forms shall be preserved and returned
to the said supervisors in the same manner as provided in Sec-
tion 63 of this Article in the case of substitute judges or clerks.

CHAPTER 423.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 184
of Article 33 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Maryland, title,
"Elections, " so as to eliminate the requirement that the
ballots for primary elections be printed in number not less
than twice the number of registered voters of the respective
political parties, and providing that such ballots be printed
in number equal to 125% of the registered voters of the
respective political parties, and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 184 of Article 33 of Bagby's Annotated
Code of Maryland, title, "Elections, " be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read
as follows:

184. Official ballots shall be prepared and printed for such
primary elections in Baltimore City and in the several coun-
ties, respectively, by the said several Boards of Supervisors of
Elections for said city and said several counties, respectively,
as is now provided by this Article for general elections, except
as otherwise provided for in this sub-title, and except that
