75 and thereupon the Same William Bonner came into Court and Acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.ble the Lord Propry his heirs & Success.rs in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterl to be Leveyed to the use of his s.d Lordship his heirs & Success.rs Conditionally that if he Shall not appear and answer unto a Certain Indictm.t found ag.st him for Stealing fifty pounds of Tobacco the goods and Chattles of a Certain Rich.d Foulston at the next Court to be held for Said County and in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content Likewise at the Same time came Christopher Bateman Jun.r and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry his heirs & Success.rs in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterl to be Leveyed to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs & Success.rs Conditionally that if the Said William Bonner Shall not appear at next Court to Answer unto a Certain Indictment found ag.st the Said W.m Bonner for feloniously Stealing fifty pounds of Tobacco the goods & Chattles of a Certain Rich.d Fulston and that in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith he Acknowledges himselfe to be Content The Indictm.t afd con.td
