    And now here at this Court the said Simon Wilmer in his proper person appears and
prays that his Recognizances afd may be disch.d  Ordered by the Court here that the Same
be disch.d  The same is by this Court here Disch.d

 On Suspicion felony Ordered by the Court War.t Issue to his Constble
and Thereupon afterwards came here at this Court viz the Eighteenth
day March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred twenty Eight Came Peter Massy
Constble of upper South Sassafras Hundred and made return of his
said War.t with the Said William.  And the Said William in his proper person app.rd
but nothing be found against him the Court Commits him into the Custody of the
Sherfs Custody

John Roberts
 The Court being informd that the s.d John had Con.td an assault on which
the Court orderd him to be Sent for after which the Said John in his
proper person comes into Court and in his proper person appears the
Court orders that John Gresham Sherf of Said County take the s.d
John Roberts and put him in the Stocks for the Space of one hour And the Sherf
afterward comes and makes return of his War.t ag.st the Said John Roberts and
Saith he hath Executed the Same Order as afd

    Ordered by the Court here that he give Security for his appearance & good behaviour
during the Court Setting  Thereupon came Immediately the Said John Roberts and
Considered himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.ble the Lord proprietarie his heirs &
Successors in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do make his appearance during this Court
sitting and he be of good behav.r wherewith he acknowledges himselfe Content

    Likewise came into Court William Dicas and Sam.l Clarke both of said County
acknowledged themselves indebted to the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors
in the Sum of five pounds Sterl Each to be Leveyed on their goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the Said John Roberts doth not appear at any
time dureing this Courts Sitting and to be of good behav.r wherewith they acknowledge
themselves to be Content

    And here at this Court afterwards viz the Same day & year afd Came the Said
John Roberts and in his proper person appeared and prayd his Recogniz.c and his Suretys
might be disch.d   Ordered by the Court here that the Said John Roberts Recognizance
be disch.d there nothing appearing to their cause to the Contrary   Thereupon this Court
here discharges the Same As Also the afd William Dicas and Samuel Clarke
his Suretys Recognizances for him are by this Court here discharged &c.a
