Be it Remembred that on the twenty third day of Febry 1733
personally came before me one of his Lordships The Right Hon.rble
the Lord Proprietarie his Justices of the peace for the afd County Alexander
Johnson of Kent County Taylor and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble
the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of Ten pounds Sterling to be made ^and^ Leveyed on
his Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his
heirs and Successors Conditionally That if the Same Alexander Shall not make
his appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County at the Court House
in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March next Then and
there to give Evidence on his Lordships behalf against the afd Joseph Nicholson
Thomas Smith and Jonas Ringgold wherewith he acknowledged himself Content
The afd Recognizance taken and acknowledged before me the day and year afd

County on the third Tuesday in March being the nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom.
one Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd Alexander Johnson and
prayed his Recognizance might be discharged Ordered by this Court here
that the afd Recognizance be discharged as prayed  The afd Alexander Johnson
his Recognizance taken in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling is by this Court here
discharged

Maryland to keep the peace assigned Mary Hall of Kent County afd Spinster and
Acknowledged her Self Indebted to the Right Honourable his Lord proprietarie
in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine to be made and
Leveyed on her Body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his
Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if She the afd
Mary Should not make her personall appearance at the next Court to be held at
our Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in
March next ensueing to give her Evidence on his Lordships behalf against
a Certain Margaret Jones Concerning her breaching the House of a Certain
Jonathan Whitworth and Stealing out of the Same House diverse Goods
and Chattles of the Same Jonathan Wherewith the Same Mary Hall Acknowledges
herself to be therewith Content  In Testimony whereof I have Set my
hand and Seal the day and year afd
