467 Att a Court held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March being the Nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three In the Twentieth Year of the Dominion of Charles absolute Lord and proprietarie of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a Before
The Sherriff of Said County makes return to the Court of the pannel of the Grand Jury which are as foll. viz.t Robert Dunn foreman
Assembly Concerning Wood Rangers are Read William Bradshaw Sworn baylif to the Grand Jury The Court gives There charge to the Same Jury and are Sent out to Consider of the business before them
of Twenty pounds Sterling for his appearance and good behaviour to this present March Court And Likewise at the Same November Court did Henry Trulock of Kent County Planter and Henry Barber of Kent County Labourer as Security Entered into Recognizance To the afd the Right Hon.rble the Lord Proprietarie in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine Each &c.a for the appearance of the afd Thomas Kerson at the present March Court and in the mean time he was to be of good behaviour And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday in March being the Nineteenth day of said Month Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came The afd Right Hon.rble the Lord Proprietarie by Tench Francis attry of the Same Lord prop.ry in the afd County Court And prayed That he afd Thomas Kerson might be called to appear at this Court according to the Tenor of his Recognizance as afd |
