August Court for his Appearance to this Court with
Securitys
The Same Henry at this Court to wit at Kent Coty
at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in
November being the Twentieth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand
Seven hundred and thirty three Came and in his proper person appeared and
prayd that the same Recognizance might be discharged  Ordered by this
Court That the Same Recognizance be discharge as also his Suretys
Recognizance for his appearance be discharged there being no cause
Shewn to the Contrary                Henry Barber his Recognizance
being taken as afd in the Sum of Ten pounds Sterl. for his appearance
and good behaviour to this Court The Same Recognizance is by this Court
here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

    Also Abraham Ambrose and Nehemiah Powell suretys for
the afd Henry Barber in the Sum of five pounds Sterl. Each their
Recognizances and each of them are by this Court discharged there being
no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a
