attorney prayeth the advice of the Court here in the premisses for the Said
Lord prop.ry and due Process of Law against the afd Charles in this part to Issue
to answer to the Said Lord prop.ry of and upon the premisses &c.a  T francis Cler. pac.

    And now here at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in
Said County on the third tuesday in June being the fifteenth day of Said Month Anno
Domini One Thousand Seven hundred thirty one came the afd Charles Smith
in his proper person and defends the force and Injury when &c.a  And prays
leave to Imparle and plead to the Information afd untill the third tuesday in
August then next ensueing which is granted &c.a

    Att which Said next Court being the third tuesday in August being
the Seventeenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred
and thirty one Came the afd Charles Smith in his proper person and the afd Lord
prop.ry by his attorney afd and the Same Charles Smith in his proper person
as before defends the force and injury when &c.a  And prays further liberty
to Imparle and plead to the Information afd untill the third tuesday in November
then next ensueing which is granted &c.a

    Att which Said next Court being the third tuesday in November being
the Sixteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred
and thirty one Came again the afd Charles Smith in his proper person and
the afd Lord prop.ry by his attorney afd And the Same Charles Smith
in his proper person as before defends the force and injury when &c.a
and prays further liberty to Imparle and plead to the Information
afd untill the third tuesday in March then next ensueing which is
granted &c.a

    Att which Said next Court being the third tuesday in
March being the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand
Seven hundred thirty and one Came againe the afd Charles Smith in his
proper person and the afd Lord prop.ry by his att.ry afd and the Same
Charles Smith in his proper person as before defends the force and
Injury when &c.a and prays further liberty to Imparle and plead to the
Information afd untill the third tuesday in June then next ensueing
which is granted &c.a

    Att which Said Court being the third tuesday in June being the
twentyeth day of Said Month Anno Dom. one thousand seven hundred
thirty two Came againe the afd Charles Smith in his proper person and the
afd Lord prop.ry by his attorney afd and the same Charles Smith as
before defends the force and Injury when &c.a and prays further
liberty to Imparle and plead to the Information afd untill the
third tuesday in August then next ensueing which is granted &c.a
