proper person did before me Acknowledge himself Indebted to the Same Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money of great Brittaine to be paid to his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors and to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if a Certain Samuel Barton of Chester Town Joyner Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County at the Court County Court House on the third tuesday in June next then and there to answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf for a breach of the peace and in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith the afd Michael Miller Acknowledges himself Content C.s Hynson And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred thirty and three Came the afd Samuel Barton and in his proper person appeared and prayed his afd Recognizance might be disch.d Ordered by this Court here that the Same Recog.c be disch.d as prayd Michael Miller his Recognizance as afd being taken for the appearance of the afd Samuel Barton is by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary |
